1968 Corvette
This 1968 Corvette arrived in boxes. The body was just placed back on the freshly restored frame and suspension. My challenge was to make it run, drive and stop. We start with the fuel tank and install the sending unit so we can add fuel!
06/03/24 Install sending unit, install fuel tank
06/04/24 connect fuel lines, add fuel, install new positive cable in the tunnel for the starter. connect wiring for ignition switch, install starter.
06/05/24 connect brake booster and master cylinder linkage to brake pedal. Install clutch linkage rods and adjust clutch.
06/06/24 Install exhaust pipes and mufflers, Install radiator support, install radiator, install hoses, install alternator
06/07/24 Remove & reset distributor, install distributor, sparkplugs and config firing order, crank test
06/08/24 mock up radiator tank, add fluids, bleed brake system, start test
06/09/24 Install hood & latch assembly
06/10/24 Install driveshaft, Drive test
