This vehicle is a roller chassis I picked because the 1948 Dodge has some rust issues.  It turns out that 48 is repairable and this piece is avaliable for a project. It has been converted to disc brakes and the rear end has been updated to a modern style with 9.5 inch rear brakes. There was a car called 'HIGH & MIGHTY" which was campaigned by the famous RAMCHARGERS IN 1949!
